The work environment is the physical environment that is designed in such a way that it affects employee behavior and the overall satisfaction of the job. There are several other dynamics rather than cleanliness and safety inside the physical work environment. It can be said that an innovative work environment and design can help in facilitating the flow of information. This also improves the overall communication system within the workplace and helps in further productivity. The employer is legally responsible for providing and ensuring good working conditions. The work environment had a huge effect on my first job. This damaged my mental health and I went into trauma for a week after I left my first job.

The main reason behind the imbalance of my mental health was that every day, at the workplace I was harassed based on my personal life, which was embarrassing and gradually becoming intolerable. I was been promoted as a team leader within seven months of my joining, only on the basis of my work performance by the CEO. But the manager of the organization did not like any female to get that position irrespective of performance skill. This was the only reason the manager used to humiliate me in front of my team so that I leave my job or else I ask for demoting me from the position of team leader. The manager had also influenced my other colleagues to behave indifferently with me so that I cannot work properly. I did complain about such harassment to the CEO, but he refused to understand any complaints against the manager.

This completely shattered my mental condition and then I certainly need to leave the job. Therefore, it can be honestly said that without a proper work environment, it is impossible for any person to continue work in that organization.
