There are third-party logistics to assist the supply chain operation of the company in moving the products from the company warehouse to the retail store. Twice in a week, it receives its orders. Small package carrier proves efficient in making the transhipments between the retail stores. Computer technology enables the company members to establish the storage space available (Fredendall, 2016).
