Framing in the field of business communication is a set of concepts and theoretical perspectives which are influenced by various factors -professional prestige, hierarchical structure and financial incentives as well. Low-context cultures prefer explicit communication in the form of written words. The major challenge in business communication begins when low-context culture have to maintain interpersonal relationships with high-context culture. As both the cultures are significantly different. The second opposition is Sequential vs Synchronic cultures. The major difference in these two cultures stem from the way they perceive time and all management around it. As sequential culture inclined people consider being late as disrespectful and a bad time management indication while synchronic cultures business people consider too much of insistence on timeliness as signs of immature impatience. These differences may cause issues if not enough sensitization is created and maintained before the actual communication happens.

The third one is Affective vs Neutral Cultures, which speaks of distinction on the basis of proportion of reason and emotion mixed with business communication. Effective people show their feelings plainly whereas neutral ones are free from emotions and interact with subdued emotions, countries like Japan, UK, Norway and the Netherlands are ones which are neutral culture barriers.
