Solution - PERSONAL REFLECTION

I am a student of MBA 3M. I have attended a few series of seminars along with studying the materials included in the syllabus. During completing the course, I understood that there are several skills required to successfully implement the skills gathered during the seminars and the academic classes. The syllabus included planning, exercise for planning, critical thinking, communication along with exercise for increasing communication skills, preparing myself along with developing a presentation depicting career service as well as maintaining ethics. I learnt that planning is essential along with performing its exercise to increase my ability to plan the process for a business organization along with increasing its profitability. I learnt that planning is important in my profession as it helps to study the business process and outline a framework of the business and describe instances that can be considered while evaluating the business process of an organization. The planning helps the top management team of an organization to make the effective decision that might act a factor to increase profit. The planning helps in allocating the available resources after evaluating the priority that will ensure that the company is able to satisfy its objective after investing in the business process. I understood that the planning exercise ensured that I understood the potential errors in the planning process that might affect the company process and prohibit them from meeting their objective.

Critical thinking is an important aspect of the planning process. A professional having high ethical values can generate a good reputation as they follow the rules, maintain the confidentiality of the client, maintain fairness in their profession. The ethical values express the positive behaviour of the professional along with exhibiting the ability to make decision focusing on the moral values and practices of the organization.

The seminars motivated me to attend the workshop for professional development. I attended a networking workshop along with the LinkedIn workshop. The networking workshop helped in understanding the process of developing a business relationship along with creating opportunities and seek partnership from potential partners to plan a successful venture. The LinkedIn workshop was very effective as it expressed that LinkedIn is highly helpful to connect with more people having experience in several fields. The connection can be used for applying for a job along with gathering knowledge from the experienced people and include them in the profession. The seminars along with academic course helped me in building traits and skills such as communication skill, networking that will help me in my profession.
