Industry that I have visited is based on the IoT (Internet of Things) and manufacturing based. I have learned about the SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) system which is the part of the control system. This system enables to control all embedded machinery and sensors in the industry, with the help of the computer. Sensors will detect the volume, pressure and other physical measurement and convert it in the digital form. This digital input will be feed into the PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and this physical parameter will be controlled by the PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) according to the programming or the instruction stored in the PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) memory. SCADA will help to see all the manufacturing plant in our computer screen and we can also control the input and output of the valve by just a click. If we need to the manual repairing of the instrument then we will deactivate the automatic control with the help of the SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) and do the manual controlling.
