Determination as an important skill
Have you ever thought how a person can be if they don't have determination. I would like to say that determination is the most important skill that I can to the team. I think that the person who has determination in his or her life is like a train. Train would never change its track no matter what the situation is it will reach its destination by taking several stop. Talking about the importance of determination and how I feel that it is very important ingredient in my life is the situation of my life only, (Ashley Winn, 2017).
The experience which I had was at the internship which I did in one of the company and it was my goal to have the job there after my bachelor so somehow I got the job and it was my good luck to get the best post. So all things were going smoothly but suddenly a situation arrived where our company was in losses. For me the company had become my second home so I just aimed to save the company and it was not only my aim but I was sure to save this company so I made a group of people who were having the higher post and motivated them that everything is going to be alright and we all started working together. They all had lost the hope but the way I reacted with this situation was different and so with the decisions which we took helped our company to survive.
So I strongly believe that because of my determination our company took another birth so it is very important to have determination in one's life.
