MS Project:
Here we have shown the work schedule of Library Management System that how many days have been given to Planning of project and all other information is gathered in different forms. After planning we will gather all information and fix the appointment of project manager and then first meeting is held on 6/13/19 which will take 2 days' time and cost 2, 000.Then the proposal development process will take place with different process like Project requirements, Project schedule, Project budget and many more which start on 6/21/19 and takes 10 days' time. The Team selection is vacancy advertisement and interview and selection of the project on the system whose budget is 4, 000 and their interview briefing will take place for 3 days continuously. Then Material acquisition and system analysis will take 10 and 20 days respectively. Then they will plain for system design which will take 10 days and start on 7/15/19.Befor developing the software we need to design the software components and all other aspects. The system testing process will start on 9/20/19 and all the aspect of software developing process will be shown in the system development process. In these method all are included in the system which will include it in the process and check all the methods as per the method.
And then software development process will start which will take 25 days and budget of 6000 and after development hardware integration process will take. Hardware integration will also been include in the development process so that we can check the hardware requirement of the system. And then different testing process will take place and at last the documentation will start which will take 5 days only and the system development will finish on 10/23/19 with total cost invested in this project is 3, 00,000.
Network Diagram:
In this diagram shown we have shown different steps of development which has been shown here .In the network diagram all the process in the software development has been included and its starting and end date has been mentioned. The system analysis shows all the process and starts on 23/07/19 and finishes on 1/8/19 on the month, so it will take 20 days to analyses the system and start the next process. All these` process are the part of software development and check the date and all the process of software development will be shown with the cost invested in it. All these process shown the competition percentage of the system and the system analysis process start on 10th June '2019.In the network diagram the connectivity of all the methods are shown as per the expectation of the process and in each method detailed of the process.
