Introduction
The global climatic change has changed from the past decades .NASA scientist says that the warmest year with high temperature is likely to consider 2013 from the past temperature report. Global temperature has a wide rise from 1950 to 2014.The NASA's Goddard institute of space studies in I its report reveals that the earth has undergone several temperature from the past decades and the 2013 report reveals that it is the warmest year after the decades.
2013 ongoing Climatic change
The rise of temperature rise for the earth surface for 2013 as per report is 58.3oF a warmer temperature rise from 1880 and the warmest temperature of the past decades. The 2013 is the present ongoing climatic change and it may vary from year to year in the scenario. Due to pollution and lots of human usage of polluting material the greenhouse temperature has raised resulting in global warming .The rise in green house gas effect has been the factor for rise in temperature of the global temperature for the past decades (Gavin Schmidt Dr, 2013). The carbon Di oxide is a green house gas that filters the heat from the direct rays of the sun from the ozone layer preventing the ultraviolet reaches to directly reach the atmosphere the increase in pollution of the environment has changed the carbon di oxide layer from preventing the filter of heat and there by the ozone layer got depleted and the earth has become warmer more than the past decade (Gavin Schmidt Dr, 2013).
In 1880 the carbon di oxide level was 285 ppm and this has increased in the past decades and in 2013 it is measured to be 500ppm the higher depletion of carbon di oxide due to human emission (Gavin Schmidt Dr, 2013).
Over the period from 1983 to 2012 the 30year period the global temperature has a increase from this emission of carbon di oxide depletion and the earth is found to be the most warmest .The carbon emission has increased to more than 400ppm in the past decades with a average temperature rise of 2O every decade leading to severe rise in temperature keeping the earth warmer more and more. Apart from the variation in decade the global temperature are varying interannual for the year by year. Due to naturally variability the trend in records cannot be predictive and the variation happens annually with a wider temperature change (Climatic change reprt, 2013).

The warming of ocean plays the major role in climatic change and the warmer ocean accounts for 90% of the energy accumulation in the past year and 1% stored in atmosphere. The ocean warms from 1983 to 2012 for a temperature of per decade. The upper ocean warms leading to as climatic change (Climatic change reprt, 2013).
In the northern hemisphere the precipitation has increased in the years and the mid latitudes experience high evaporation level and the temperature warmers persist throughout the year keeping the earth warmer for years to come. The uptake of carbon di oxide has lead to acidification of the ocean and the Ph of ocean has reduced to 0.1 and the 26% of increase in hydrogen concentration (Climatic change reprt, 2013).
The industrial Era has depleted the glacier in the ocean and the Antarctic ocean have started to shrink in the past decades resulting in the rise of sea level this is due to earth becoming more and more warmer due to emission of carbndioxide due to manmade equipments and materials (Climatic change reprt, 2013).
Over the period the mean sea level rose from 0.19 m this rise in sea level is the most higher in the millennia.
Causes of Climatic Change
The climatic change in the atmosphere is due to the ozone layer depletion that which happened due to carbon di oxide emission due to pollution in the atmosphsere. The depletion of carbon di oxide has increased the temperature of the earth widely leading to melting of Ice and rise in sea water level ( Qin TF; Plattner GK, 2013). The increase in industry has increased the emission of carbon dioxide, methane and nitrous oxide in the atmosphere has increased leading to acidification of the ocean. About 40% of the emission remains in the atmosphere and 30 % has been stored in the atmosphere. The average anthropogenic greenhouse gas has increased in the past decades and the greenhouse gas is depleting in a wider range from the 1970 to 2014 and seem to have a large increase in the green house gas emissions has increased in the past decade. With the increase in population of human being the increase in carbon di oxide level has increased in the short span of 2010 to 2014 ( Qin TF; Plattner GK, 2013). The increase in emission of the carbon di oxide has also increased the depletion of ozone layer in the past decade and thereby increase in melting of Ice in the arctic and Antarctic Ocean leading to rise in sea water live ( Qin TF; Plattner GK, 2013). This increase in Carbon di oxide has increased the temperature of the earth globally causing a wider climatic change in the past decades or years to come. Continuous production of fossil fuel and industrial emission has increased the carbon di oxide in recent years leading to increase in the green house gas. The reason for increase in the emission of carbon dioxide gas and green house gas emission increased globally because of the population ,industrial growth and transportation emitting increase amount of fossil fuel combustion result in the emission of green house gas.
The increase in human influence on climatic change has increased the level of green house gas on the last few years and the effect was seen in global water cycle that started to melt the arctic ice and melting of Greenland ice sheet and contributed to a global sea water increase (Climatic change reprt, 2013) .

Impact of global climate change
The impact of global clime change has affected the human and the marine ecosystem. The rise of temperature in the earth has affected the hydrological level of water and melting of snows in snow proven areas. Many terrestrial marine species has shifted their living range to other geographical areas with their lifestyle activities and seasonal changes due to climatic change ( Qin TF; Plattner GK, 2013).
Severe Events
There are happening of severe events due to climatic changes in the atmosphere as there are increase in the warmer temperature than the colder temperature even the hill station also experiencing warmer climates during cold seasons hence the entire global is experiencing severe climatic effects the sea level is increasing and the oceans are getting warmer and warmer in years to come. Due to huge number of human influences and industries globally the precipitation level has increased leading to flooding danger and thereby increasing the heat waves in the atmosphere ( Qin TF; Plattner GK, 2013).
Risk involved in future climatic change
The increase in the amount of green house gas will increase the emission of the carbon dioxide layer in the atmosphere there by leading to increase in the temperature with the continuous emission of carbon di oxide into the atmosphere will increase the effect of ozone, layer depletion and thereby making the ultra violet rays to fall directly on the atmosphere causing serious ill effects on human ecosystem and the marine living (Gavin Schmidt Dr, 2013).
The future drives in climate change
The increasing human population and increase in global climate change will have adverse effect on the change in climate will have new changes and adverse effect on the human ecosystem and terrestrial animals have adverse effect on the living environment ( Qin TF; Plattner GK, 2013).
The projected change in climate
The future projected climate has increase effect on global climate change with increase in the global surface temperature and projected to be increase in the volcanic eruption and warmer surface of temperature (Gavin Schmidt Dr, 2013).

The Average Humidity throughout the year
The global climate change of the below graph predicts the average humidity change throughout the year .The humidity in the atmosphere also have adverse effect on climate change. Water vapor provides the great change in the atmospheric climate change . When the surface temperature of the land is high it leads to humidity in the atmosphere. The water vapor present in the atmosphere is the green house gas if it increases it leads to humidity that makes the atmosphere warmer. In the year 2013 the humidity percentage is predicted to be 69.98 than 2015 describing a warmer climate system. The humidity influence how hot the climate is and how high the temperature is in the environment creating sweat in our feeling sticky and warmer (2013 State of the Climate: Humidity, 2014). The Specific humidity overall has increased in the year 2013 and this predicts the amount of water vapor in the atmosphere decreases due to emission of the gas from the greenhouse layer keeping the earth warmer and hoter. The presence of humidity in the air determines the country temperature during summer. this rise in temperature has lead to more warmer temperature rise making even the air cooler difficult to circulate cool air into the room (2013 State of the Climate: Humidity, 2014).Overall surface water vapor has increased the atmospheric temperature in the year 2013.
What is the trend of average temperature over the year
The global average temperature seems to have increased over the years and in 2013 the global temperature has increased to 55.4 in the year 2013 and in 2014 the temperature has slight variation when compared to 2015 and 2016 but it not that must conclude that there will be this variation permanently as far as temperature is atmosphere is concerned it is a natural process it may vary years and it may de3crease in years (Dahe Qin,Gian-Kasper Plattner, 2014). But by present scenario the global temperature has average rise in the atmosphere due to adverse effect in the climate change by the depletion of the green house gas in the atmosphere. The global surface temperature is likely to increase by 2013 to 2035 to the average of 3oC to 5oC. So it is predictable that this variation is not the conclusion for raise but it is going to years to increase in surface temperature .The amount energy radiated by the earth depends upon the chemical composition of the atmosphere in particular the heat filtering green house gas .Even one degree rise is considered as this will have effect of ocean, ice caps and land to warm more. The arctic region will be the more warming with increase in temperature of the global surface. (Dahe Qin,Gian-Kasper Plattner, 2014).
Average temperature over the day
The atmospheric temperature cannot be predicted as per year it can be calculated per day how the vapor in the atmosphere causes a variation in the atmosphere as per day. The weather condition are also not predicted by years but it is predicted in the day basis as this atmospheric effects are the natural happenings nobody can predicted how variation can take place in the atmosphere. The temperature is going warmer day by day according to report analysis the average temperature rise in days is calculated and the values predict the variation of the average temperature over the days .If the temperature variation over the days itself will increase imagine how about increase over the years and the earth is getting warmer day by day and there is rise of hydrological level globally leading to global warming in future with all ice caps melting and rise in sea level. The temperature we experience locally and regularly day by day may vary according to night and day temperature the fluctuation might vary accordingly based on the predictable cycle. These are hard to predict and based on the wind during the day. But the global temperature is more different than the day temperature as this includes how much the planet receives heat and how much it radiates back to the atmosphere. (Hansen J ;Ruedy R ; Sato M;Lo K;, 2010).

Haze over the year visibility
The haze in the atmosphere is also one of the important climatic factor in the global atmosphere .Haze usually occurs when dust, smoke get accumulate in the dry air. The weather conditions are found usually in the winter where the smoke gets collected with the air. The haze does not give clear view of the opposite object and it makes people with low visibility of objects in front of the .the haze climate has increased in the years during winter due to enormous transportation and pollution in the country side and globally especially in the northern part of India's the haze is the major problem during winter season as this haze appears throughout the roads causing transports and even aircrafts are transported according tyo the haze condition in the atmosphere (Josep Orquin Carlos, 2018). The major haze problem is due to the smoke from industrial area, transports, chimneys and the increasing population where there are more number of industrialization and increase in fossil fuel combustion causing smoke from heavy vehicle that accumulates and causes the haze visual in the atmosphere (Josep Orquin Carlos, 2018).
Heavy Rain Over the year
The heavy was very low in the year 2013 there was no vaporization and due to lots of deforestation there was no rain during the year 2013 and the global temperature rise was high during the years and the heavy can cool the atmosphere (Hansen J ;Ruedy R ; Sato M;Lo K;, 2010) .but without rain the vaporization was low and the humidity was also high and there was no reversible process in the atmosphere leading to heavy rain. The heavy downpour are increasing in the past decades and the result is flooding globally and nationwide.

Trend of Drizzle and Fog
The drizzling and fog has increased in years to come in 2013 the drizzle was zero and the fog also predicts zero and in 2014 ,2015,2016 the drizzle range is high in 2015 so it predicts that the rainfall was high in 2015 than in the 2013.Rain in from strait column clouds are called drizzles and it is not complete rain and for caused due to pollution of smoke and creates low visibility in areas of appearing (Climatic change reprt, 2013).
Average pressure
The average pressure is calculated as force per unit area and the atmospheric pressure at the sea level is 101.3 KPa . The lower pressure depression causes storm and the average pressure breakdown is shown in the above figure predicts the atmosphere .In 2013 the average pressure is higher than the other years. The air pressure is not uniform globally it may vary accordingly. The low pressure and high pressure .These high pressure and low pressure are caused by unequal heat across earth surface (Hansen J ;Ruedy R ; Sato M;Lo K;, 2010).
The Blowing Snow
The amount f snow effect on lake is given above the graph predicts the highest range in the year 2013 and the amount of severity will be higher as hot air passes due to less amount of rainfall and the precipitation is also very less blowing the lake over it. In a warming world, not only will lake temperatures increase, but the lakes will remain ice-free for longer periods of time. As long as there is enough cold air to blow over the lakes, it could mean an increase in lake effect snows even in a world where temperatures are increasing, as counter-intuitive as that may sound. Read on for a deeper explanation.

Dew Point Range
The dew point range also plays an important role in the atmospheric temperature as it predicts amount of specific heat present in the atmosphere with condensate forming dew at the atmospheric temperature. If the air mass is coming from th body or water there will be a increase in humidity and dew point and the dew point have effect on the weather .If the air is cool the dew point has adverse effect forming clouds on the surface of the atmosphere. The range is high in 2014 and so cloudy during the year and the humidity was also high during that stage (Tom Di Liberto, 2017).
Summary of Average Pressure
The average pressure values were taken from the IBM Watson analytics for the year 2013,2014 2015 for all three years the pressure was calculated average according to its effect on atmosphere and the climate change was predicted the values in the above graph predicts variation over the years .It is predicted that in 2013 the average pressure is 29.33 and slightly it is varying from .33 to .27 a decrease over the years in the atmosphere .Change in air pressure will have a big effect on climate. The circulation of air in the atmosphere is controlled by the air pressure present in the atmosphere. The uncontrollable pressure may lead to adverse effect on atmosphere (Philip Ball, 2014). The presence of air pressure in atmosphere predicts rainfall, change in temperature and storms. The alteration of air pressure will alter the temperature the rainfall in the atmosphere. The air pressure has changed due to the influence of humans in the environment m, the pollution created and the climate change. The human activity will also have adverse effect on barometric changes and the average air pressure has increased over the past decades and they affect the climatic change (Philip Ball, 2014).
