Elon Musk is a man of entrepreneurship whose beliefs inspires the people to work hard, innovate new thing and achieve success (Marques, 2018). His visions are unbelievable that he makes for the future. I can say that he is a compelling, innovative and brilliant person that the world ever have. I think he is a man of self- respect and a transformational leader who is never afraid of failure. He could attract others with his work and ideas and influential power. I am surprised to know that he wants to end his life on Mars even though he is aware that his goal of creating a colony on Mars will not be likely to be achieved. I think he is a great man with a clear vision and ambition. According to me, Elon Musk is a future-oriented man as he thinks about the future. He has positive thoughts which reduce the
negative thoughts. As per my opinion, he is a very inspirable man as he desires to inspire the whole human beings by his work.
As a leadership student, I could learn various things from Elon Musk. I could learn the abilities of the leader and how to perform them in the organizations. I am inspired to work day and night for the achievement of important goals. I have learned a few lessons of leadership form Elon Musk, a brilliant and smart leader or entrepreneur. First is do not wing it that means do not do anything without any proper making plans. Second is to make dynamic goals with an effective business plan because an adventurous goal without a business plan seems to be unreasonable (Pandey, 2016). The third lesson that I learned is to work hard which is crucial for effective leadership. A fourth lesson is that I would never stop learning to gain more knowledge regarding a particular topic or quality.
