Hardware

In the following company, NOP (Net Operating Profit) will be used which helps in managing the low stock inventories. This will help in analyzing the total size of company, liquidity ratio, debt ratio along with inventory conversion method period and Debtors turnover ratio. NOP is a dependent variable and its helps in calculating the efficiency in the operations of the firm and helps in drawing a relation between the profit and inventory management.
On the other hand, the Inventory Conversion Period is an independent variable which influences the dependent variables. NOP ranges from 0.81 to 29.98 with a mean of 8.41 and SDV 11.09 which portrays a high value of the variable.

The concept of NOP can be applied in the regression model where the variable will be NOP = f(ICP, FS,LR,ITR,FDR).NOP being an independent variable effects the dependent variables they are ICP, FS,LR,ITR,FDR. The statistics of the dependent and independent variables are shown below:

Access layer: This helps the workgroup to access the network for accessing of data.
Algorithms and the Justification
The algorithm that will be used with the following three tier database structure that is Matrix Method of Harmonization to manage stock and procurement. This is an already implemented matrix method which has helped in managing huge stocks, as the company is merging with company and have a collective inventory of 25000 household items and 1500 food items. This will be the most applicable algorithm for the management of database and inventory.
The matrix method of Harmonization helps in making two principles, they are ABC and XYZ. The ABC department implement the managing of resources by application of certain rules and regulations. The rules are applied by the company certain criteria that is managing sales and purchasing goods, profit shares and the total turnover of the available stock.
