According to the figure above, vaping or drug use is a prevalent phenomenon in the US schools. However, the percentage of student vaping or using drugs other than the regular Nicotine, Marijuana or has oil and flavoring is higher. This could be attributed to the fact that access to these other dangersous drugs is limited; perhaps due to security apparatus. Nonetheless, it is interesting to note that there is still a significant level of students using such dangerous substances including Nicotine, Marijuana, harsh oil, flavouring and any vaping(for those who can't access mainstream drugs). This is an indication that there is something seriously wrong with our society, in terms of parenting style, exposure to the media, discipline and even the prevalence of the drugs. One question everybody should ask himself/herself is how on earth do the students get to access the dangerous drugs and within the school environment.

In the meantime, the above information could as well be presented in narrative form rather than on graphical presentation. This is to enable all caliber of the audience including young children who are not yet conversant with the interpretation of data presented in graph to understand the information with ease.

On the other hand, the graph above could appear ambiguous or incomplete in the sense that it does not indicate distribution of students per region. This implies that the audience will not know where or which regions have the highest or lowest number of drug users. In this regard, policy formulation could be difficult.

According to Kaye, Medicaid's three main programs are adult day care, assisted living, hospice, and nursing care facilities. From my perspective, I would propose that more Medicaid funding is geared towards assisted living. This is because most of the intended beneficiaries of assisted living are not patients already in the hospital settings but the elderly who are receiving long term care. In this regard, more funding for managed care will help a great deal in supporting the welfare programs and even caregivers of the beneficiaries. This also owes to the fact that despite the increase of people in assisted living communities across the U.S; Medicaid's benefits towards assisted living have been regarded to be inconsistent across the country including the 44 states within the country that offer assistance with assisted living. For instance, due to financial limitations, some states use medical funds to pay for only personal care services within the assisted living community. Still, some states have regulated the size of the communities to avoid overstretching the budget. Furthermore, it should also be considered that Medicaid specifies which how the funds should be utilized in assisted living. For example, Medicaid is not supposed to pay for board or room. In this regard, increased funding towards assisted funding will see many beneficiaries receiving aid.
