Providing feedback is highly critical towards the patients because they are engaged in their health care, and they can observe improvement in their health status on their own. Offering them a person who can guide them properly can affect the health data and healthcare costs.

In the health care organization, the study on the job satisfaction of employees is performed because it is directly related to human resource management and the productivity and quality of service. The highest quality of health care services will be only obtained whenthe workers are provided with confidence and a supportive environment.
