As we have already known that this is the hotel booking website. Users can book hotel rooms online. There is one disadvantage of online booking is that; we don't know the customers and their bad or unhealthy habits. So as per my suggestions, we can keep a record of the client's behavior. As any customer books the room and stay in it, and doing bad or unhealthy things inside the room like smoking or drinking, then we can keep a record of such customers and if next time the same customer is going to book the room then we will not entertain him.
In existing hotel booking systems, no such functionality is there and if we implement it then it will be more beneficial for us.
Modification in designing for future purpose:
1. We can add an option for habits like smoking with the option yes/no at the time of booking.
2. At the time of check out, we can take penalties for unhealthy behavior.
