Methodology

Data analysis methods

As previously stated, this research will implement the use of both primary and secondary data. The primary data shall be sourced through a questionnaire survey at Woolworths Australia. The secondary data will be obtained from periodicals and online sources.

After data collection, the demographics and the questionnaire results shall be structured together for further analysis and discussion. The percentage method shall be used to determine the extent to which appraisal systems at Woolworths Australia is an indicator of the degree of employee turnover.
